Capacity Building Programme by COE
( Teacher Training Program)All our ambassadors are well trained and they go for mandatory hours of training to keep them aligned with CBSE patterns. Experts from the industry enrich our educators from time to time to ensure best practices reach every classroom. In this current session, our school hosted a two-day Capacity Building Programme on Critical and Creative Thinking for teachers, so that they can be fine-tuned and calibrated for the coming academic session. The insightful training was conducted by eminent educationists with vast experience in innovative teaching practices from Varanasi and Prayagraj. Key technical aspects covered included Bloom’s Revised Taxonomy with emphasis on Higher Order Thinking Skills, Edward de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats for parallel thinking, SCAMPER technique for creative idea generation, and Socratic questioning to develop reasoning and argumentation. Teachers also explored divergent vs convergent thinking models, design thinking stages for problem-solving, and rubrics for assessing creativity in student work. Our faculty engaged enthusiastically in hands-on tasks like case-study analysis, mind-mapping, and lesson-plan redesign using these frameworks. This initiative ensures our teachers are equipped to move beyond rote learning and foster analytical reasoning, innovation, and reflective inquiry in every classroom for the coming session.

(Coordinator- Foundational Stage)Gurukul Montessori School is a symbol of progressive and quality education. We offer a broad and balanced learning experience, focusing on the all-round development and excellence of each child.
At Gurukul, we encourage our students to ask questions and think critically. We nurture their spirit of discovery and inquiry—because, as Albert Einstein once said, “Education is not the learning of facts, but the training of the mind to think.” For us, true education is not about memorizing facts but about awakening curiosity in the soul.
Our aim is to make education a joyful, engaging, and meaningful journey, grounded in strong values. This foundation prepares our students to become lifelong learners and successful global citizens.
We don’t limit our students to textbooks and the school syllabus. We emphasize the development of Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing (LSRW) skills, and encourage participation in extracurricular activities and innovative events. These opportunities help enhance their creativity, build confidence, and inspire them to set ambitious goals—and pursue them with perseverance.
Let’s work hand in hand towards our shared vision: nurturing the next generation with knowledge, integrity, and purpose.
“Education is the light that leads the way—and we are proud to walk beside our students on that path.”

(House Coordinator -Senior Wing)Building a Legacy: Together We Rise A new academic year brings with it new hopes, new energy, and new beginnings. Today, as I step into the role of House Co-ordinator, I do so with immense gratitude and a deep sense of responsibility. I sincerely thank the school management for entrusting me with this role. Leadership, to me, is not about holding a title. It is about service. As Helen Keller so beautifully said, _“Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.”_ Guided by this thought, my commitment is simple: that no talent in our house goes unnoticed, and no voice goes unheard. I believe that champions are not born. They are forged in the fire of determination, dedication, and discipline. In the months ahead, I do not wish to be seen merely as a co-ordinator. I hope to be your biggest cheerleader, your strategist in moments of competition, and your guide when the path gets tough. To every student reading this, I have just two thoughts to share: Do not wait for opportunities — create them. Do not fear challenges — embrace them. Whether you are on the sports field chasing victory, in the debate hall defending your ideas, or on stage during cultural events, step beyond your comfort zone. That is where growth happens. Our house is far more than a name or a colour on a jersey. It is a family. It is a space where we discover our hidden strengths, learn the real meaning of teamwork, and most importantly, discover who we are when the stakes are high. This year marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for us. Let us fill it with actions that will echo in our hallways. Let us win with grace, learn from every setback, and grow with every success. Together, let us build a legacy rooted in excellence, kindness, and an unstoppable house spirit. Let us make this not just another year, but the ‘best year yet’.

It is a matter of immense pride and privilege to serve as the House Coordinator of the Junior Wing, where young minds take their first steps towards becoming confident leaders and responsible citizens. Being given responsibility with this role allows me to guide and inspire our students. The House System is the root of our school's co-curricular program where students can learn the qualities like leadership, discipline, teamwork, responsibility, and healthy competition. It provides every student with opportunities to explore their talents, build confidence, and develop essential life skills beyond the classroom. "Through assemblies, inter-house competitions and sports, our students learn the importance of empathy and excellence. Through this we follow our motto i.e. "Together Aspire, Together Achieve
